Small orders may be shipped as a parcel rather than a pallet. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and a person must be present to sign for the goods. Drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside. We recommend that at least two people are present to carry the delivery to the desired location. If there are any access restrictions please make us aware when the delivery is booked in with you.
