Small orders of lumber may be shipped as a parcel rather than a pallet. Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and are to the property kerbside, often requiring a manual offload, a person must be present to sign for receipt. Drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside.

We recommend that at least two people are present to carry the delivery to the desired location. If there are any access restrictions please make the drivers aware when they contact you.
